This woman emailed me to see a property. I then called her to ask her if she was prequalified by a mortgage lender. She told me no, she was not and did not need to be prequalified since she owns a number of properties. I set up the showing and texted her where to meet me and she texted me back that she was out with her realtor. I was not made aware she had a realtor, so I called and cancelled the showing on the property. I emailed her that I was not aware she had a realtor, and that realtor should be the one showing her properties!!
